Web Booking Terms and Conditions.

1. In making a Booking via this Website You must provide accurate Details and are responsible for any failure to do so.

2. Aspire cars does not guarantee that it will be able to fulfil Your requirements and reserves the rights to refuse any Bookings which You wish to make and to cancel any Bookings You have made, and in such case to refund to You, in full and final settlement of any claims you might have, the Fee paid by You.

3. In the event, you need to amend or correct a booking you must contact Aspire cars.

4. Aspire Cars cannot confirm the ability to accommodate any Particular Requirements and in the event that you have such Particular Requirements.

5. Aspire cars reserves the right to correct typographical errors in any elements of the information that appears on the Website including pricing mistakes. If, once you are informed of such error, you wish to withdraw your offer and do not wish to proceed with the purchase, you shall be free to do so and any monies already paid by you will be refunded in full.

6. Aspire cars, reserves the right to change the type of vehicle you have booked, to ensure the fulfilment of the Booking. With large vehicles subject to availability, but we ensure you are offered alternatives of a similar type and class.

7. Please collect the receipt from the drivers as they carry receipts pad with them.

8. Payment will not cover any extra requirements you request. If you do not indicate any additional luggage when booking, resulting in a larger size vehicle being required, then we may charge you extra, which you must pay. If you wish to give a tip to the driver, you should do so directly at your own discretion.

9. In the event that you make any deviations from the route that you entered into the Website, You may be subject to additional charges.

10. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Details are correct. When you make a Booking, this constitutes an offer which Aspire may or may not accept. Your Booking is not confirmed until you see the confirmation screen on the Website.

11. It is the responsibility of the passenger or passenger’s booking agent to ensure that they order the correct type of vehicle in order to carry the numbers of passengers and number of luggage. Vehicle type can be changed after booking only by sending an email request to booking@aspireexecutive.com prior to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

12. Price quoted and paid is for all passengers boarding the chosen vehicle and not per passenger basis. The price is for the type of vehicle based on no. of passengers, no. of luggage and the distance between to and from locations. Prices are quoted to drive through the most economical route. If the passengers nominate a route to their preference, the passengers will be liable to pay the extra charges such as fuel, toll, additional millage and waiting amongst other charges

13. Aspire will have all the rights to cancel the booking if it is made within 12 hours before the pickup time.

14. Passengers are not permitted to take alcoholic drinks onto the vehicles for the purpose of consuming them during the Trip.

Payments
Payments can be made by the following methods:
• You can pay directly to the driver by Cash/Card
• Prepay by Credit/Debit Card online or calling to the office.
